Policies & Helpful tips

Policies:

  • All classes are 50-55 mins

  • Please dress in well fitted athletic wear

  • Reformer Pilates classes require grip socks to be worn

  • The studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy on all CLASSES and no shows will be charged for the price of the full  class 

  • The studio has a 48 hour cancellation policy on all SPA SERVICE'S  and no shows will be charged for the price of the full  session

  • A credit card will be required to reserve a service

  • All classes are prepaid

  • In the event of inclement weather, the studio will follow LCSD decisions and we will communicate through Facebook and Instagram.

  • Please arrive a few minutes prior to class  and 10 mins prior to your service to check in.

  • Highly encouraged to bring your own water bottle

  • Enjoy the relaxation area with complimentary hot tea from Hawthorn Tree

  • Forms of payment accepted are cash, card and venmo.
