Policies & Helpful Tips

Policies:

• All classes are 50-55 mins

• Please dress in well fitted athletic wear

• Reformer Pilates classes require grip socks to be worn

• The studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy on all CLASSES , no shows will be charged for the full price of a class reservation. 

• The studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy on all SERVICES and APPOINTMENTS, no shows will be charge for the full price of your scheduled service or appointment. 

• If canceled outside of the 24 hr reservation, a refund in the form of a class pass will be added to your account and will expire 12 months after purchase date

• Reserving a spot on the waitlist? A waitlist spot is a paid reservation and if canceled, a refund in the manner of a class pass will be put back to your account and will expire 12 months after the canceled date.

• Your Class reservation is held for 5 mins, if you do not show up and another student is present, your spot is forfeited.

• Any students that are on the waitlist are now automatically singed into class up to 2 hrs prior to  the class.  within 2 hrs, the studio will contact the student to confirm they can make it to class.

• A credit card will be required to reserve a service

• All classes are prepaid

• In the event of inclement weather, the studio will follow LCSD decisions and we will communicate through Facebook and Instagram.
